Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Boris Industries! We aim to ensure that you are happy with your order, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason to return a product. We are ready to help!

What are the return conditions?

• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to register a return.
• The product must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging. Labels must still be attached to the item.

Are returns free?

• Returns are at your own expense.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Can I also return through you?

• Yes! All you have to do is send an email to info@borisindustries.nl
• We will send you a barcode that you can have scanned at a PostNL point. No need to print anything out!
• Please note: an amount of €4.95 will be charged for this return service, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

How long does a refund take?

• We will do our best to refund the return as quickly as possible. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the amount to the original payment method within 1-2 business days.
• Please note that it may take up to 3 days for it to appear in your bank account.

Are there also exceptions?

• There are some exceptions to our returns policy, such as personal and hygiene products (e.g. underwear, swimwear). These items cannot be returned unless they are defective upon receipt.
