Netherlands:

  • Orders over €75 are shipped for free within the Netherlands via PostNL
  • For orders under €75, a standard shipping fee of €5.99 applies within the Netherlands.

Abroad:

  • For shipping to abroad, a surcharge applies, depending on the delivery address. The exact shipping costs will be calculated during checkout, based on the destination country.

Delivery times:

  • Within the Netherlands: Orders are delivered to your door within 2-5 days.
  • Outside the Netherlands: The delivery time depends on the location and will be indicated during checkout.

Returns can be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

  • Send an email to info@borisindustries.com with your order number and details of the items to be returned.
  • Further instructions will be provided in the email.

  • A fee of €4.95 will be charged for the return service. However, if you choose to convert the amount of the returned products into a gift card, you will not have to pay return costs!

Note: This return policy applies only to the Netherlands. Return costs for countries outside the Netherlands depend on the distance. For more information, you can send an email to info@borisindustries.com.
