Boris Industries Return Policy

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your order, but we understand that there may sometimes be a reason to return a product. Our customer service is ready to assist you and ensure that the return process goes smoothly.

What are the return conditions?

• You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to register a return.
• The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Labels should still be attached to the item.

How do I return an item? 

• All you need to do is send an email to info@borisindustries.com
• We will send you a barcode that you can have scanned at a PostNL location. There is no need to print anything!

Is returning free?

• Returns are at your own expense. 
• A fee of €4.95 charged, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. However, if you choose to convert the amount of the returned products into a gift card, you do not have to pay return shipping costs.

How long does a refund take?

• We do our best to refund the return as quickly as possible. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the amount within 1-2 business days via the original payment method.
• Please note that it may take up to 3 days for it to appear in your bank account. 

Are there any exceptions?

• There are some exceptions to our return policy, such as personal and hygiene products (for example, underwear, swimwear). These items cannot be returned unless they are defective upon receipt.
