Boris Industries Return Policy

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your order, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason to return a product. Our customer service is ready to assist you and ensure that the return process goes smoothly.

What are the return conditions?

• You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to register a return shipment.
• At Boris Industries, we only process returns if the items are in their original condition. This means that the clothing must be returned unused, unwashed, and without damage or odors.
• Please note: Clothing with signs of use, such as makeup stains, perfume, smoke odor, or sweat odor, will be refused and returned at your own expense. Any cleaning costs or depreciation will be charged to the customer.

How do I return an item?

• All you need to do is send an email to info@borisindustries.com
• We will send you a barcode that you can have scanned at a PostNL point. There is no need to print anything!

Is returning free?

• Return shipments are at your own expense.
• A fee of €4.95 will be charged for the return service, which will be deducted from the refundable amount. However, if you choose to convert the amount of the returned products into a gift card, you do not have to pay return costs.

How long does a refund take?

• We do our best to refund the return as quickly as possible. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the amount within 1-2 business days via the original payment method.
• Please note that it may take up to 3 days to appear in your bank account.
