What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Netherlands: Do you order for more than €75? Then we will ship your package for free. For orders under €75, you pay €5.99 shipping costs. Delivery time: usually within 2 to 5 days at your home.

Germany: Do you order for more than €75? Then shipping is free. For orders under €75, you pay €5.99 shipping costs. Delivery time: usually within 3 to 6 days to you.

Other countries: For shipping to other countries, a surcharge applies depending on the delivery address. The exact shipping costs and delivery time are shown during checkout.

We make sure your order reaches you as quickly as possible and keep you informed along the way, so you know exactly when your package will arrive.

How can I return an item?

Returns can be made within 2 weeks after receiving your order.

To do this, send an email to info@borisindustries.com with your order number and a brief overview of the items you want to return.

We will take care of the rest. Everything will be handled smoothly for you, and we will keep you informed so you don’t have to worry about anything.

We charge €4.95 for the return service.

However, if you choose to convert the amount of the returned products into a gift card, you will pay no return costs.

Note: this return policy only applies to the Netherlands and Germany.
